With over 20 years of experience dedicated to supporting Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises through knowledge and technology transfer, she embodies the spirit of innovation and progress.
Currently serving as the Acting Director: Technology Station in Chemicals, Dr Ngubane has a rich history with the MUT community, having previously taught as a lecturer and served as HOD-Analytical Chemistry. Her expertise in operations management has consistently driven streamlined processes, enhanced efficiency, and achieved strategic goals, all while maintaining a competitive edge.
Dr. Ngubane’s extensive involvement in national and international engagements illustrates her unwavering dedication to broadening horizons and fostering growth—both personally and for those around her.
