So you thought men cannot cook! Not true! In their first ever MUT Men’s Conference that took place off-campus, and was attended by over 100 MUT men, three staff members welcomed a chance to exhibit their kitchen skills. “We decided to run this competition to erase the stereotype about men. Our male staff members have supported our stance that the roles of men and women should not define how they should relate to each other,” said Azwi Mufamadi, one of the organisers, and Director: Public Relations and Brand Management at MUT.
The winner of the breakfast competition was Banzi Mkhwanazi. Banzi won a two night stay at a hotel. Philo Ndlovu was a runner-up, and got himself a dinner for two. Phumlani Ngobese was given a power bank for his participation in the competition.
