Most Active Alumni
On 7 March 2015, almost 20 years after graduating at MUT, they gathered at the Senate Chambers to launch a chapter which they named ‘MUT Masters’. Since that meeting they are a little family of MUT brand ambassadors who all share similar sentiments: “The need to support our alma mater in order to improve skills development in this country.”
At the fore-front of all efforts and positive contributions by the MUT Masters are alumni Raymond Cele; Sifiso Mdakane; and Sifiso Vezi. On 12 August 2016, in partnership with the MUT alumni relations office the MUT Masters Bursary Fund was launched to support financially needy students who want to pursue their studies in engineering. The fund is made possible by the generous contributions of alumni and industry friends of the MUT Masters.
